Refund Policy

1. Automatic refunds

If our system cannot deliver your order, you receive a full refund to your original payment method automatically — no ticket needed.

2. Delivery guarantee

If boosts drop from your server before the purchased duration ends, we replace them free of charge. If replacement isn't possible, the remaining value is refunded or credited.

3. Requesting a refund

For any other case, open a ticket from your dashboard within 14 days of the order. Our team reviews every request within 24 hours.

4. Exclusions

Completed, correctly delivered orders are generally not refundable once boosts have been applied, except where required by law.
